A State Lottery Office shall exist as part of the Department of Finance and shall be administered by a Director responsible for the operation of a state lottery. The net proceeds of the state lottery shall be placed in the General Fund of the State.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 4802

  • Director: as used in this subchapter , shall mean the Director of the State Lottery Office. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 4803
  • Office: shall mean the State Lottery Office established by this subchapter. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 4803
  • State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
