The State Auditor shall conduct a yearly post-audit of all accounts and transactions of the State Lottery Office. The cost of the audit shall be paid out of the State Lottery Fund moneys designated for payment of operating expenses.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 4816
- Office: shall mean the State Lottery Office established by this subchapter. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 4803
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
- State Lottery Fund: shall mean those moneys derived from the sale of state lottery tickets and deposited in the state account of that name and those funds appropriated for the start-up costs of the system. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 4803
