Any licensed casher of checks may open and maintain, within this State, 1 or more limited stations for the purpose of cashing checks, drafts or money orders for the particular group or groups specified in the license authorizing each limited station. The stations shall be licensed pursuant to and be subject to all the provisions of this chapter applicable to licensed cashers of checks, except that no bond shall be required for such a station. The fee for investigating the application for a station shall be $10 and the annual license fee for each limited station shall be $20.

  • Licensed casher of checks: means any individual, partnership, unincorporated association or corporation duly licensed by the State Bank Commissioner to engage in business pursuant to this chapter. See Delaware Code Title 5 Sec. 2701
  • Limited station: means that the licensee is authorized to carry on the licensee's business of cashing checks for the employees of a single and particular business or office, and at a single location at or near such particular business or office site. See Delaware Code Title 5 Sec. 2701
  • State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
