No person shall be required to obtain a permit when the fair value of the construction of a building is less than $300.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6307
- Building: means any structure, building, edifice or part thereof. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6301
- Construction: means alteration, removal, demolition, addition, repair or construction of any new or old building. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6301
- Person: means any architect, builder, contractor, repairman, agent, partner or corporation as well as an individual. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6301
