The Commission shall have full power to make such investigations, maps, and reports of the resources, condition and needs of the District as it deems desirable. Upon completion of such reports, the Commission shall submit the same to the county government with its recommendations. The Commission shall report annually to the county government on the activities of the Commission during the preceding year.

- Commission: means "County Planning and Zoning Commission of Sussex County" created by this chapter. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6801
- County government: means "the county governing body of Sussex County. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6801
- District: means "corporate boundaries of Sussex County including municipalities which choose to be included in the planning and zoning district. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6801
- Year: means a calendar year, and is equivalent to the words "year of our Lord. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
