(1) When a utility has disconnected service for proper cause as specified in Fl. Admin. Code R. 25-30.320, the utility may charge a reasonable fee to defray the cost of restoring service provided that the fee is specified in the utility’s tariff.

    (2) When an applicant requests temporary service, the utility may charge a reasonable fee pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code R. 25-30.315, to defray the cost of installing and removing facilities and materials.
    (3) A utility may have other customer service charges. These are specified in the utility’s tariff.
