(1) A brief, general description and/or map (8 1/2” x 11” inches) of the territory served by the utility shall be provided in this section.
(2) Where the brevity of the description permits, this data may be placed on the title page (Fl. Admin. Code R. 25-9.021, above) in which case this section may be omitted.
