(1) Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-531, effective 8-7-19, which requires the licensing of water well contractors, is hereby incorporated by reference, https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-11589, a copy can be obtained from District offices upon request. The licensing program shall be administered and enforced by the District under the authority delegated to it by the Department of Environmental Protection by Order dated July 11, 1984.
