All projects located within the Kissimmee River Basin requiring permits pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-330, shall submit the information specified by Fl. Admin. Code R. 62-330.060, as appropriate, and the following information:
(1) For projects wholly or partially within the floodplain the status of the project as a development of regional impact must be indicated by a binding letter issued by the Department of Economic Opportunity.
(2) For projects requiring a permit under Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 40E-6, the applicant shall submit all information required under Fl. Admin. Code R. 40E-6.101
