The exemption provided in subparagraph 6. of section 447.301(1)(b), F.S., as amended by chapter 2023-35, section 1, L.O.F., applies only to the members of each bargaining unit that includes law enforcement officers, correctional officers, or correctional probation officers as those terms are defined in section 943.10(1), (2), or (3), F.S., respectively, or firefighters as defined in Florida Statutes § 633.102
