(1) The Commission designates the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) as its official reporter for the purpose of publishing and indexing by subject matter, after a proceeding has been held, all orders rendered which affect substantial interests.

  • Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
    (2) The DBPR maintains and stores such orders in the offices of the agency clerk at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1000. The agency clerk’s office is open to the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends.
