Healthy Start Prenatal and Infant Health Care Coalitions are responsible for establishing and overseeing the Healthy Start care coordination system outlined in Fl. Admin. Code R. 64F-3.004, when there is a local Healthy Start Prenatal and Infant Care Service Delivery Plan approved by the department. The Coalition also has the responsibility to assure the requirements of this Rule Chapter, 64F-3, F.A.C., are incorporated into the Coalition’s service delivery plan.
