All providers of behavior analysis services must either be licensed to practice in accordance with Chapter 490 or 491, F.S., or certified under a nonprofit corporation meeting the qualifications under Florida Statutes § 393.17(2) All providers of behavior analysis services must submit to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities proof of their active licensure or certification in order to provide behavior analysis services. Pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code R. 65G-4.001, and as required by Florida Statutes § 393.17(2), the Agency recognizes the certification for behavior analysts awarded by the following organizations: Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.
