(1) All terms defined in the Florida Nonprofit Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement Act, chapter 624, F.S., which are used in these rules shall have the same meaning as in the Act.
(2) “”Accounting Period”” as used in Florida Statutes § 624.4415, means the time period for which financial statements, unaudited or audited, are required to be filed with the Office.
(3) “”Fees”” means any compensation, including, but not limited to cash, or other assets of the arrangement, transferred for either contracted or noncontracted services, rendered to the sponsoring association or the arrangement.

Terms Used In Florida Regulations 69O-192.004
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
(3) “”Fees”” means any compensation, including, but not limited to cash, or other assets of the arrangement, transferred for either contracted or noncontracted services, rendered to the sponsoring association or the arrangement.
