- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
A municipality may not provide funds to any person, entity, or organization for the purpose of issuing an identification card or document to an individual who does not provide proof of lawful presence in the United States.
