§ 221-bb. Additional compensation of justices of the supreme court; service in appellate term. A justice of the supreme court who shall be designated by the appellate division of the supreme court to serve in an appellate term in the manner provided in § 8 of the constitution shall receive, in addition to his or her judicial salary as established by law, the sum of three thousand dollars annually as compensation for his or her services in appellate term.
