Terms Used In Florida Statutes 154.211
- Local agency: means any county or municipality existing or hereafter created pursuant to the laws of this state. See Florida Statutes 154.205
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this part shall be payable solely from funds provided under the provisions of this part, and no liability or obligation shall be incurred by an authority, a local agency, or the state hereunder beyond the extent to which moneys shall have been provided under the provisions of this part.
