Terms Used In Florida Statutes 388.111
- Board of commissioners: means the governing body of any mosquito control district, and may include boards of county commissioners when context so indicates. See Florida Statutes 388.011
In the event of a vacancy due to any cause in any board of commissioners, the same shall be filled by appointment by the Commissioner of Agriculture for the unexpired term.
