- Board: means the Board of Employee Leasing Companies. See Florida Statutes 468.520
The board has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this part. Every licensee shall be governed and controlled by this part and the rules adopted by the board.
