Florida Statutes 489.140 – Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund

There is created the Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund as a separate account in the Professional Regulation Trust Fund. The recovery fund shall be funded pursuant to s. 468.631.
