Terms Used In Florida Statutes 631.824
- Plan: means the Florida Health Maintenance Organization Consumer Assistance Plan created by this part. See Florida Statutes 631.814
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The plan shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this state or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real property.
