- Division: means the Division of State Fire Marshal within the Department of Financial Services. See Florida Statutes 633.102
The division may fix and collect admission fees and other fees which it deems necessary to be charged for training given. All fees so collected shall be deposited in the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.
