(1) The appointing power may authorize the transfer or reinstatement of any person holding one position to a similar position in the same classification or grade.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 242.794
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) No transfer or reinstatement shall be made from a position in one classification or grade to a position in another classification or grade. [1959 c.252 § 35]
