Subject to any applicable provision of ORS Chapter 183, the Oregon Health Authority may purchase, possess, seize, transfer to a licensee or dispose of psilocybin products as is necessary for the authority to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS § 475A.210 to 475A.722 and any rule adopted under ORS § 475A.210 to 475A.722.
