A city or rural fire protection district that enters into an agreement with the State Fire Marshal for a fire protection equipment acquisition loan may obtain moneys for repayment thereof in the same manner as other moneys are obtained for purposes of the payment of expenses of the city or rural fire protection district. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 476.915

  • City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
  • Fire protection equipment: means any apparatus, machinery or appliance intended for use by a fire service unit in fire prevention or suppression activities, excepting forest fire protection equipment. See Oregon Statutes 476.005
