The board of a geothermal heating district may provide in the improvement resolution that the construction work will be done in whole, or in part, by the district, by a contract or by any other public body as defined in ORS § 174.109, or by any combination thereof. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 523.240
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- District: means a geothermal heating district formed under this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 523.010
- public body: means state government bodies, local government bodies and special government bodies. See Oregon Statutes 174.109
