In addition to obligations permitted under ORS § 708A.295, an Oregon commercial bank may acquire obligations of a person without regard to amount in the form of bankers’ acceptances of other financial institutions of the kind described in section 13 of the Federal Reserve Act. [1997 c.631 § 151]
