Nothing in ORS § 72.8010 to 72.8200 prevents the sale of a service contract to the buyer in addition to or in lieu of an express warranty if the contract duly and conspicuously discloses in simple and readily understood language the term, duration and conditions of the contract. [1973 c.413 § 13]
