Oregon Statutes 731.370 – Reciprocal insurers financial statement; service of process
(1) The application for a certificate of authority shall be accompanied by a sworn statement of a reciprocal insurer showing the financial condition of the insurer as of December 31 immediately preceding. The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may require a supplemental statement to be furnished as of a later date.

- Service of process: The service of writs or summonses to the appropriate party.
(2) Concurrently with the filing of the declaration provided for by the terms of ORS § 731.369, the attorney shall file with the director an instrument in writing executed for the subscribers conditioned that upon the issuance of certificate of authority, action may be brought in the county in which the property insured thereunder is situated or where the injured person resides, and service of process may be had as provided in ORS § 731.434 in all actions in this state arising out of policies issued by the reciprocal insurer, which service shall be valid and binding upon all subscribers exchanging at any time reciprocal or interinsurance contracts through such attorney.
