  • Testify: Answer questions in court.
Within thirty (30) days after the arbitrators have been selected, any petitioner pursuing a claim against a respondent shall identify the expert witnesses that the petitioner will call at the arbitration hearing. When identifying such experts, the petitioner shall provide the name of the expert, the address of the expert, and shall state the subject matter on which the expert is expected to testify, and state the substance of the facts and opinions to which the expert is to testify and a summary of the grounds for each opinion. Within thirty (30) days after the petitioner has identified his experts, the respondent shall identify the expert witnesses that the respondent will call to testify at the arbitration hearing.
