Terms Used In 10 Guam Code Ann. § 60119

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
Any person who operates a shooting gallery within the Territory who must register pursuant to § 60105 shall do so by supplying the Department with information required by it relative to the name of the business, name or names of the owners, whether the business is a corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership or any other form, relative to the types of firearms used and stored at the shooting gallery and the security of the gallery and storage areas. Upon receipt of the necessary information, the Department shall issue a registration card, which shall be prominently displayed at the place of business. A separate registration card shall be required for each place where the business is conducted.
