Terms Used In 11 Guam Code Ann. § 106103

  • Escrow: Money given to a third party to be held for payment until certain conditions are met.
  • Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
A bank shall pay interest at a rate not less than that paid on regular passbook savings accounts as calculated by the individual banks on Guam on home mortgage escrow accounts.
