Terms Used In 12 Guam Code Ann. § 3106
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
l functions and powers of the Corporation shall be vested in and be exercised by and under the direction of the Board of Trustees, which shall be composed of seven (7) members as specified § 3105, above. The Governor shall appoint one (1) member to be chairman.
