Terms Used In 12 Guam Code Ann. § 3108
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
e Station Manager shall be paid a salary and such other allowances and emoluments as the Board may approve. The salaries of the other employees of the Corporation shall be determined by the Board upon the recommendation of the Station Manager in accordance with the provisions of 4 Guam Code Ann., Chapter 4.
