Terms Used In 12 Guam Code Ann. § 3112
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
e Corporation shall submit to the Governor and the Legislature a detailed annual report of activities and an audited annual financial report. For this purpose, it shall also submit to the Governor and the Legislature, such other special reports as they may require from time to time. The Corporation’s books shall likewise be subject to annual legislative audit as prescribed by law.
