Terms Used In 12 Guam Code Ann. § 3113
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The Corporation shall utilize the Office of the Attorney General as its legal counsel, unless the Attorney General, in writing, authorizes the Corporation to utilize private counsel.
