CH. 81 GEDCA TOBACCO SETTLEMENT REVENUE BOND ACT
Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
It is the intent of I Liheslaturan Guåhan [the Legislature] to approve the terms of the sale and securitization as required by 12 Guam Code Ann. § 24102.
