ery licensee shall maintain such books and records in accordance with sound and accepted accounting principles and practices as will enable the Administrator to determine whether the licensee is complying with the provisions of this Act. The record keeping system of a licensee shall be sufficient if it reasonably discloses the information required. The books and records need not be kept in the place of business where regulated loans are made, if the Administrator is given free access to such books and records wherever located. The records pertaining to any loan need not be preserved for more than two (2) years after making the final entry relating to the loan.
