thing contained in this Subchapter shall be construed to mean that the forms of security for the faithful performance of the personal representative’s trust as set forth in this Subchapter, or any of them, are the only forms of security for such faithful performance that may be ordered by the Superior Court of Guam, that matter being left to the discretion of the Superior Court of Guam in all cases.
