Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 2373

enever it shall appear to be to the advantage of the estate to lease any real property of the decedent, and as often as occasion therefor shall arise in the administration of the estate, the Superior Court may authorize and direct the personal representative to execute such leases. To obtain such order, the proceedings to be taken and the effect thereof shall be as provided in Sections 2375 through 2381, inclusive, of this Title.
