Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 3015

  • Legatee: A beneficiary of a decedent

any heir, devisee or legatee who is issue of the decedent dies intestate while under age and not having been married, before the close of administration, no administration on the estate of such deceased heir, devisee or legatee is necessary, but his share of his ancestor’s estate must be distributed directly to his heirs at law.
