No person receiving benefits under one article of this Chapter shall be entitled to benefits under any other article of this Chapter, and no person receiving benefits under any teacher training program, in-service training program or other government of Guam education program shall be entitled to benefits under the provisions of this Chapter.

§ 15110. Discharge of Award Obligations Upon Death or
Disability.

The Board may, upon the death or disability of a student who is receiving or has received an award under the provisions of this Chapter, discharge in full or in part all obligations for the repayment of said award.
