The University or the College is authorized to approve scholarships for undergraduate studies to qualified applicants who have been accepted or admitted to the University or the College. The scholarships provided in this Chapter are subject to the following limitations:
(a) the applicant must be a child of a peace officer killed in the line of duty;
(b) the applicant must apply for the scholarship before the age of twenty-one (21) years;
(c) the applicant must be a bona fide resident of Guam;
and
(d) the scholarship recipient shall maintain an overall
grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the term of the scholarship.
