No new Fellowships shall be awarded under the provisions of this Article after the School Year 1999 – 2000. Doctoral scholarships shall be awarded pursuant to the Professional and Technical Awards provisions under Article 4A of this Chapter.

NURSING LOANS

2019 NOTE: Pursuant to P.L. 31-237:3 (Dec. 6, 2012), beginning Award Year 2013-2014, financial assistance awards would be granted only as specified in Chapter 28 of Title 17, GCA. Financial assistance will no longer be granted under this program.

NOTE: P.L. 20-029:2 (June 13, 1989) added Article 6 to this chapter. Renumbered as Article 8 by the Compiler since Articles 6 and 7 already exist. Sections in this article reflect the change.
