The School of Education may negotiate with the University of Guam and the Guam Community College for discounted group rates for tuition and fees for courses meeting the criteria herein.

§ 18606. Funding for Education Research Dissemination (ERD) Courses.

The Dr. Antonio C. Yamashita Educator Corps is authorized to pay for tuition and fees for Education Research Dissemination (ERD) courses offered through the Guam Federation of Teachers (GFT), provided that such courses are consistent with the provisions of §§ 18602 herein, and that the

payment of tuition and fees does not exceed the cost of tuition and fees charged to GFT members for such courses.
