e Board shall adopt a policy providing for enrichment and compensatory education programs to be conducted throughout Guam during June, July and August of each year. The policy may prescribe that, upon the recommendation of the appropriate school administrator, a pupil may be required to be enrolled in a class established as the result of the implementation of this Section.
