- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
(a) The recording of a statement of a child is admissible into evidence in any proceeding under this Chapter if:

(1) The recording is visual, oral or both and is recorded on film, tape, videotape or by other electronic means;
(2) The recording equipment was capable of making an accurate recording, the operator of the equipment was competent and the recording is accurate and has not been al- tered; and
(3) Every person in the recording is identified.
