Whenever a service or treatment is provided to a party, or whenever care, support or treatment of a child is provided under this Chapter, after due notice to the persons or legal entities legally obligated to pay for such service, treatment, care or support of the child, and after a hearing, the court may order that such a legally obligated person pay, in such a manner as the court may direct, a reasonable sum that will cover in whole or in part the cost of the service or treatment provided to the party, or the cost of the care, support or treatment provided for the child. The provisions of § 13326 and all other remedies available under the law shall be
applicable to enforce such orders.
