Under the Guam Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

y person who violates Ԥ 2110 or 2111 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and any type of business license held by him authorizing the operation of the premises with respect to which the violation
of Ԥ 2110 or 2111 has occurred, shall be subject to suspension by the court
for not more than thirty (30) days.
