- Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
The Department of Public Works shall charge other branches and autonomous and semi-autonomous agencies for services rendered by the Department.

NOTE: The effective date of this Chapter was April 12, 1982. See P.L. 16-57:3. Likewise, § 4 of the Public Law exempted from the provisions of this Chapter all contracts for maintenance and repair existing on the effective date of the Act.
